How do I order?

On the Home page click on the products that you want to view, Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipe Tobacco or Rolling Tobacco, or click Catalogue, or click on any of the products shown. Select the brand you require by clicking on it. You will then be taken to the selected brands page. Choose which option you require, regular, lights, menthol etc and quantity, click on "Buy Now" and your selection will be added to your shopping basket. If you want to buy other products just select "Continue Shopping". When you have finished, click "Checkout". If you haven´t already registered you will be asked to do it now. Keep clicking continue until you complete the purchase process, enter your Special Promotions code on your first order, and you will be sent an order confirmation by email. Payment is by bank transfer and you will be sent instructions how to do this.

What happens after I place an order?

You will be sent an order confirmation email. After we receive payment we send a confirmation email that your order is being processed. Finally we email you that we have despatched your order.

How do I pay?

Payment is by bank transfer. You can either transfer the amount from your bank to our UK bank through internet or telephone banking. Or, you can deposit the amount into our account by walking into any British bank and paying in across the counter. It can take up to 5 working days for your payment to reach our account. It is important to add your name and order number so that your payment can be identified.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders will be despatched one day after your payment has been confirmed by our bank.

How quick is delivery?

It can take up to 7 working days but is often quicker.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

For cigarettes the minimum is 2 cartons of the same type, for tobacco and cigars it is just 1 pack, there are no maximums. It is left up to our customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur.

Are your tobacco products good quality?

We supply the best quality tobacco products available on the market. All our cigarettes, tobacco and cigars are produced by the original manufacturers and are NOT inferior copy products, as supplied by some companies. They are exactly the same as you would expect to buy from your local shop. All products carry the applicable seals and labels.

How can you be so cheap?

Because we are based in Spain the taxes and duties are much lower than in the United Kingdom.

How do I know that I will get my order?

We only accept payment into a British bank account and you will know that to open a bank account they want full proof of identity so it would be impossible for us to just keep your money and not send the goods. Although we only operate through the internet if you have any queries email us and we will answer them.

Can you supply other brands of cigarettes, tobacco and cigars?

If there is a particular brand that you want, that is not shown, email us and we will do our best to get it for you.

Why didn´t I receive my whole order?

For security reasons we sometimes split orders into multiple parcels and send them a day apart, so the balance of your order will arrive in a day or so.

What are the shipping rates?

All orders are sent by normal post. The shipping and packaging cost for cigarettes is £5.00 per carton of 200, with a minimum of 2 cartons of the same type, for tobacco and cigars it is £10 per pack.

Is it illegal to order large quantities of cigarettes, tobacco or cigars?

It is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain and comply with the laws relating to the purchase and use of any tobacco goods. We will send whatever you order.
